Hello everyone,
A very successful and very cold week for me here in Rio Gallegos. I have been a while without winter, due to the fact I left in the summer last year, so I am definitely not used to being so cold. I have lots of good clothes so there is no problems there, hopefully it snows. We are teaching two young kids that just moved here a little while ago and have been coming to church these past couple weeks. They have interesting religious background but they are very prepared to hear the gospel and they love everything we teach. I always learn so many new things about myself, the gospel, and our Savior when we teach someone new. We are hoping to get our water fixed this week. My hands are just about to dry up and fall off doing so much washing in this winter weather. Time is going super fast I have already been here for ten months! The time feels like it has gone really fast but as far as all the stuff I have learned I feel like I have been here for years. I am super grateful for this experience. I have been thinking a lot lately about loving everyone more, doing things with full purpose of heart, and relying on the Spirit to work through me and accomplish the things I cannot. I am praying more than ever and I have developed a trust with my Father in Heaven that I hold very dear to my heart. He always, always listens, and little by little He is directing my thoughts, words, and actions towards others and their needs. ¨And therefore, he that will harden his heart; the same receiveth the lesser portion of the word; and he that will not harden his heart, to him is given the greater portion of the word, until it is given unto him to know the mysteries of God, until he know them in full.¨ Alma 12:10 Elder Hollingsworth
