Hello friends family and fans,
Well this week was straight up legit. I wish I could think of all the stuff maybe I should write it down. On Sunday night we started a new tradition of eating chile peppers at dinner. When you walk across the street of the MTC there are these pepper plants growing in the flower beds hahaha super weird but anyway on our way back from the temple walk we grab a bunch and then we eat them at dinner. I am not used to hot stuff but even the guys that are get absolutely abused by these little guys. They honestly hurt so bad ahaha, but it's a good laugh and I actually had a sinus infection all week with blood and the whole works so it sort of cleared me out. It hurt but was good. Then we had a killer devotional Sunday. This church is so true it's not even funny. So then the rest of the week was chill but no chill. Every day we swim through a briar patch of new spanish learning but I am grateful for the opportunity and I am learning a lot. I have totally received the gift of tongues already because when our teacher or investigators speak I totally understand like 90% of what they say. So cool. My trouble is responding and especially conjugating. I'm not dreaming in Spanish yet but it's coming slowly but surely. Well I've only been here like 17 days but I'm already infamous. I'm known to my friends as Elder Boss, to my district as Elder Clorox, and to other guys in my zone as Elder Nordstrom. Yes they are jealous I am so well dressed. Skinny ties aren't a problem so if you wanna hook me up my favorite brand is 1901 and I like just solid colors I'm not much for patterns. The work is moving forward with great haste. I got such a spiritual witness this week. I get homesick a lot more than I'd like but I gut it out like a man with lots of praying. The spirit testified to me that this is what I am supposed to be doing and there are people who need my experiences and who need to hear this message through my mouth. So comforting. I am doing great and I love this gospel so much. I have realized just how much I have been blessed with and I realize that serving this mission is the least I can do. Everyone keep the faith and keep us Argentines in your prayers, we can feel them everyday. Off to a haircut then the temple, maybe a nap later haha. Elder Hollingsworth out-
