Another really fast week came and went.
We were very occupied this week with all of the preparations for the Multi-Zone Conference and visit of Elder Packer. Grocery shopping for over 60 people and making sure every little thing was exactly as desired by President. :) The conference went very well, and Elder Packer had a lot of really good things to comment and suggest about and for the mission. The Spirit was super strong and I really enjoyed having an interview with him. He thanked us for all of our efforts and in that moment I felt a whole lot of love through the Spirit; it was as if the Lord was thanking me and it made me feel really good. I am excited to keep working for the Lord and I hope to do everything possible to leave a positive impression on the mission and the missionaries, as well as our members and investigators. Super good week in Tierra del Fuego. We had some really really cold days and nights, and luckily we are blessed with good Mothers who sent us with warm clothes. The Lord blessed us with warm houses to enter in and great people to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We were working really hard with a family this week to try and get them to church, they didn`t make it. Bummer, but this Friday we`ll have two baptisms in our district! A bunch of miracles happened and right when Elder Packer of the Seventy will be here we are having some baptisms ladies and gentlemen. We are producing nothing but positivity and time in the street for the last stretch of the mission. I have never felt closer to my Heavenly Father and I am excited to keep learning and serving in this last little bit. Elder Hollingsworth Its week three and that means 9 weeks left fam. I think it just hit me skyping for the last time. How grateful I am for my awesome family and companions.
This week we witnessed a lot of little cool miracles that testified to me of the love of our Heavenly Father and His faithfulness in keeping the promises He has made to us. I know that when we keep the commandments and always strive to remember our Savior, not just through our thought but through our ACTIONS, we truly can always have the companionship of the Holy Ghost. |
